Come spend some time with the alpacas in a calm setting and learn the art of mindfulness and meditation. This is a guided meditation through Integrative Energy practices. There will be a 20-30 minutes guided meditation facilitated by Ashley Thomas, IET practitioner. Afterward there will be a brief 20 minute processing of meditation to facilitate any deeper insights that may have come forward. Finally we will end with a 5-10 minute grounding exercise with final parting connections to take with you throughout the day.
